How do I become a supporter?

We're not asking for money or donations - we're asking for illustration and art communities to contribute by promoting Drawing Day or hosting events.:

  • Blog, write about our event and post Drawing Day buttons/banners on your site.
  • Depending on your audience reach, we will list you as a Gold, silver, or regular supporter
  • Host an event where people can upload art on Drawing Day
  • Host an online competition on Drawing Day to encourage people to participate
  • Promote the event through newsletters, emails, press releases or print articles

Drawing Day success is the direct result of online art communities working together for our cause. As a promoter of online art, the more effort you put into promoting Drawing Day on your website, blog, or community - the more people will visit your website on the day and contribute art to the world, in turn helping us reach our goal. In past events it has been obvious that communities who put the most effort, get the most particiaption from their members.

How can you help promote Drawing Day?

Write as much detail about ways you can promote Drawing Day. Will you place Drawing Day banners on your website? Will you send email newsletters to your members? Do you plan on writing a magazine article or press release? How many members can you reach? etc. We use this information along with your alexa rank, compete and quantcast details to determine the level of support you qualify for (Gold, Silver, etc.)
